    • The products should be in excellent condition as received by you, complete and without damage. ATTENTION: the tabs have not been removed.
    • The product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (eg Delivery Note, Retail Receipt.)
    • Returns are made exclusively with the courier company that we will indicate to you, at the expense of the recipient (ie our company). The customer does NOT pay when he delivers the parcel for return.
    • The change cost is set at € 5 and includes the transfer to us and its return to the customer.
    • We do not make refunds, only in case of our own fault (eg wrong availability etc)


  • You can cancel your order if it has not been delivered to the partner courier company.


  • Returns are not accepted for products that have been processed, based on the desired dimension, as well as for products that have been ordered exclusively for you by foreign or domestic suppliers.
